📝 How to Use

1. Label the bag with date, time, and volume.
2. Tear open at the top.
3. Pour in freshly expressed breast milk.
4. Gently press out extra air.
5. Seal tightly, ensure both zippers are sealed.
6. Lay flat in the freezer to save space.

 

🔄 Thawing & Feeding Instructions

1. Thaw in fridge overnight or in a bowl of lukewarm water.
2. Swirl gently to mix (don’t shake, it can damage nutrients).
3. Warm milk is optional - room temperature is perfectly fine.
4. Test milk temperature on your wrist before feeding.

 

⚠️ Cautions & Warnings

1. Single-use only — do not reuse.
2. Do not overfill — leave 2.5cm for expansion.
3. Do not microwave or boil.
4. Discard if the milk smells sour or appears curdled.
5. Check the bag before use — do not use if damaged or open.
6. Not a toy — keep out of reach of children.
7. Wash your hands before handling breast milk.
