Refund policy

Sales Exchange

  • We only replace item within a 6 months period if product purchased has a manufacturing defect.
  • If you need to exchange an item, send us an email (babycarriersrentalsg@gmail.com) or contact us via WhatsApp (wa.me/6593384306). We will instruct you where to send the item and how to collect a new piece should the exchange is approved after inspection.
  • Inspection will incur an admin fee of $15 and should shipping be required, it has to be borne by the client.


Sales Return and Refund 

  • Only regular priced item may be refunded within 24 hours from time of purchase. 
  • Refund will not be eligible for item bought:
    • with gift card
    • on discount 
    • without original packaging or tag
    • was stained
    • was washed 
    • and handed over face to face 
  • To initiate the refund process, we will require a proof of purchase through your online order.
  • Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
  • It is required for client to pay for shipping fee and admin fee prior to inspection.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable regardless of approval or rejection of return. 
  • Once return item has been well received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of refund within 72 hours of inspection.
  • If refund is approved, amount will be credited to you within 14 business days, to your bank account or remain as store credit with no expiry (dependent on company’s discretion).

Note: Policy stated above is only applicable to sales item. Rental item will abide to rental terms and conditions agreed upon.
