Refund policy
Sales Exchange
- We only replace item within a 6 months period if product purchased has a manufacturing defect.
- If you need to exchange an item, send us an email (babycarriersrentalsg@gmail.com) or contact us via WhatsApp (wa.me/6593384306). We will instruct you where to send the item and how to collect a new piece should the exchange is approved after inspection.
- Inspection will incur an admin fee of $15 and should shipping be required, it has to be borne by the client.
Sales Return and Refund

Only regular priced item may be refunded within 24 hours from time of purchase.
- Refund will not be eligible for item bought:
- with gift card
- on discount
- without original packaging or tag
- was stained
- was washed
- and handed over face to face
- To initiate the refund process, we will require a proof of purchase through your online order.
- Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
- It is required for client to pay for shipping fee and admin fee prior to inspection.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable regardless of approval or rejection of return.
- Once return item has been well received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of refund within 72 hours of inspection.
- If refund is approved, amount will be credited to you within 14 business days, to your bank account or remain as store credit with no expiry (dependent on company’s discretion).
Note: Policy stated above is only applicable to sales item. Rental item will abide to rental terms and conditions agreed upon.
