House Call Fitting & Exploration Session (Personal / Group)

A HOUSE CALL for a Fitting & Exploration Session includes:

1) educating parents about safe and ergonomic babywearing techniques according to child's age

2) assisting parents to adjust their existing carriers to fit them better, eliminating aches and pains

3) exposing parents to different brands in the market, both online and retail options (opinions will be shared unbiased and there is no obligation to rent or purchase after your session)

4) working together to narrow down choices based on parents' needs, body build, lifestyle and budget  

 

WHO is this for? 

1) Pregnant parents with unborn child (we will bring along a 5kg weighted doll if so)

2) Both father and mother of a newborn (0-3 months old) who dare not venture out of home safely to our home office in Sengkang with baby yet

3) Parents who have tried many options but doesn’t seem to have any that works for them in terms of comfort and safety (baby can be between 3-12 months old by now)

4) Parents with toddlers (12 months and beyond) who are struggling with getting a good fit with the outgrown carrier that they have or wants a clear direction on which to rent for their potential long holiday trip

 

WHAT does it include?

1) 1.5 hours consultation at your choice venue in Singapore (home /confinement suite / hospital)

2) hours stated above are purely time spent within the agreed premise (so it’s fully yours to utilise)

3) hours have included our transport fee already, if it’s booked more than 24 hours with us

 

Be prepared with the following:

1) Your precious child (we deal with newborn to toddler)

2) Comfortable clothing for practical and fun hands on learning (avoid button tops; wear a nursing friendly top if you wish to explore breastfeeding in a carrier or a not so baggy top of you aim to learn safe back carry method)

3) Existing Sling and/or Carrier (if applicable, no matter self owned or hands-me-down pieces)

4) Your own set of questions to seek clarification with our qualified consultant (Fion Koh, licensed registered nurse, valid BCLS-AED certified, qualified Babywearing educator, mother of 4)
